No, you can be either a certified diver or an aspirant diver.

What are the credentials I need to have in order to become a member of the seaker platform, as a diving center?
In order to become a member of the platform, you need to have a public license and/or a certification from a Global and/or Local scuba dive Organization and any other credential specified by the laws in your country.
